MailChimp Non-profit Discount

Most Alliances find they need a paid MailChimp account once they outgrow the 500 contacts / 1000 emails per month limit of their free plan.

MailChimp offers a 15% discount to non-profits, and another 10% security discount for folks who set up 2FA on their account (totaling a 23.5% discount).

Please note that for tax exempt purposes, Braver Angels is a single organization with 501(c)3 status and based in NY State.

You will need to provide the following documents in order to satisfy MailChimp's billing team.

• IRS Determination Letter

• NY ST-119 Form

• Proof of name change (from Institute of American Values to Braver Angels)
