Alliance Data Toolkit

What is the Alliance Data Toolkit?

The Alliance Data Toolkit is a cloud-based data report and add-on. The Data Toolkit is an integral part of the Alliance Infrastructure Project (AIP), which is a collection of tools intended to help alliances organize themselves, communicate with their membership, and grow.

Who can use the Data Toolkit?

The Data Toolkit is available for Co-chairs and Tech Leads affiliated with a Braver Angels Alliance. State Coordinators and Regional Leads are also able to request for a Data Toolkit.

How does it work?

You can access local information synced from Action Network such as:

And for those who like visual displays, the Alliance Data Toolkit and Dashboard has graphs, graphs, graphs, graphs!

Collecting and Using Registration Data

When participants register via Eventbrite for a Braver Angels event, this data will automatically be synced with Action Network and eventually show up within a week in an Alliance's Data Toolkit.

How do I get started?

If you are interested in getting started, please reach out to Louis Tsien at ltsien@braverangels.org to set up an onboarding session.

In addition, we recommend that you watch the Mini Training session to get familiar with the tools' basic features and check out the Alliance Infrastructure Guide which provides in-depth, step-by-step procedures for how to access and use the Data Toolkit.
